- Establish ethical governance frameworks for advanced neural interfaces
- Prototype decentralized identity systems for Web3.0 applications
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact assessment
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with specialization in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of shipping AI/ML systems at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technology paradigms
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
