Responsibilities

- Mentor a team of 15+ specialists in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through innovation proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in enterprise architecture or R&D leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neuromorphic)
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar tech initiatives
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) or equivalent background
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global collaboration
