- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, blockchain consensus, and neural networks
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or equivalent) required
- Proven track record scaling systems for 10M+ user environments
- Published research in peer-reviewed technology journals (NeurIPS, Nature Tech)
- Experience with regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI laws)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
