Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/metaverse)
- Expertise in distributed systems, neural networks, and cryptographic protocols
- Proven track record of leading R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and global tech regulatory landscapes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or defense)
