Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Engineering
- Published research in IEEE on quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience scaling distributed systems beyond 10M TPS
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented technology innovations
