- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats and opportunities
- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG principles
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in adaptive technology methodologies
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future tech planning
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML systems at enterprise level
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journal
