Qualifications

- Expertise in quantum computing and neural network optimization
- Published research in IEEE or ACM on next-gen systems
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable mastery
- Proven track record scaling systems to 10M+ user capacity
- Certification in AWS/Azure quantum services
