Our multidisciplinary team operates at the intersection of quantum computing, biotechnology, and AI ethics. You'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry pioneers to prototype solutions for climate resilience, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems that align with UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Responsibilities
- Architect 10-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum-AI convergence, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in decentralized innovation ecosystems
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation technologies
- Partner with governments on policy development for responsible tech governance
- Prototype climate-positive solutions using carbon-negative computing methodologies
- Mentor fellows through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Bioengineering, or equivalent with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or synthetic biology
- Experience with ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks and B Corp certification
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of climate-positive tech solutions
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA collaborative projects preferred
