Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI ethics and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to pioneer emerging tech standards
- Architect scalable solutions for climate-positive technology deployment across global supply chains
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development of futuristic tech concepts
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in IEEE/ACM journals
- Oversee $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation for experimental technology projects
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech frameworks across 50+ enterprise client implementations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI architecture
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published author in top-tier tech journals with 10+ citations in peer-reviewed research
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for experimental technology programs
- Proficiency in technology ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000, EU AI Act compliance)
- Fluency in at least one functional programming language (Rust, Haskell, or Go)
