Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital ecosystems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuro interfaces, and spatial computing
- Architect adaptive AI systems with ethical governance frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-proof features into current products
- Present technological vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory impacts on future innovations
- Mentor junior technologists in emerging skill domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven future-tech implementation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with future studies focus
- Published research or patents in forward-looking tech domains
- Experience scaling tech teams across multiple innovation cycles
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technology launches
