Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026 technology stack including generative AI and decentralized systems
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients in healthcare, finance, and climate sectors
- Prototype and validate emerging technologies through agile development cycles
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and investor panels
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing methodologies
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature Technology Review
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab on next-gen human-computer interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 8+ years of tech innovation experience
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to enterprise deployment
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Science, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for global partnerships
