Responsibilities

- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for next-generation neural interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to prototype immersive metaverse experiences
- Drive innovation in carbon-negative blockchain infrastructure
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of emerging technologies
- Present future-tech roadmaps to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Future Studies
- 5+ years in R&D roles with published work on emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation methodologies
- Proven track record of launching prototype technologies with real-world applications
- Deep understanding of Web3 infrastructure and decentralized systems
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit or equivalent)
- Experience with scenario planning for 2030+ technology landscapes
