Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Develop 10-year technology roadmaps aligned with global sustainability goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Secure patents and publish white papers on frontier technologies
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging domains
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D with proven track record of patentable innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional systems thinking and futurist mindset
