Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Drive innovation sprints for human-AI collaborative interfaces
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous system deployment
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging tech in regulated industries
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future-tech applications
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with international tech standardization bodies
