Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum-AI hybrids and carbon-negative computing
- Architect scalable prototypes for human-neural interface systems
- Partner with ethics boards to develop responsible innovation frameworks
- Secure $10M+ in government/private grants for future-tech exploration
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI ethicists, and bioengineers
- File 5+ patents annually for breakthrough technologies
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE Future Tech forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Emerging Tech (or equivalent industry disruption)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Track record of shipping 3+ category-defining technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: neuromorphic engineering, decentralized AI, or climate-positive tech
- Experience securing $5M+ in venture or grant funding
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio of open-source projects with 10K+ GitHub stars
