Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and biotech integration
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and societal needs
- Design scalable solutions addressing climate resilience, automation ethics, and human augmentation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and incubate disruptive startups
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish global standards for responsible innovation and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/BCI/synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Global network connections with tech pioneers and research institutions
