Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030 horizon
- Architect quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols
- Prototype climate-positive tech solutions
- Mentor cross-functional innovation teams
- Secure patents for emerging technologies
- Present findings at global tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in R&D or emerging tech leadership
- Published research in quantum/AI/climate tech
- Expertise in at least one: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or carbon capture tech
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum SDKs
- Experience with patent prosecution processes
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred
