- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across emerging tech domains
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile transformation and future-proofing
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology ROI and adoption rates
- Represent company at global tech summits and standards committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with federal tech policy frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budget management
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and innovation management
