Responsibilities
- Architect and prototype scalable solutions for 2026-era challenges in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year industry forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with proven impact on product launches
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, neurotech)
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent innovation forums
- Experience leading teams through technology adoption lifecycles
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technology prototyping and commercialization
