Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and technology integration projects
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting to maintain market leadership
- Present technology strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, research labs, and academic institutions
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through mentorship and technology evangelism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, PMP) preferred
- Experience managing innovation budgets of $5M+
