Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical domains
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
- Certifications in agile frameworks (SAFe/Scrum) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing past technology transformation projects
