Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Fluency in quantum computing architecture and machine learning frameworks
- Track record of scaling innovations from lab to market (>$1B impact)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
