Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI projects to $100M+ valuation
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-computer interaction
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech lifecycle management
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) for future-tech initiatives
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
