- Present compelling tech visions to investors and executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research labs and emerging tech startups
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions and market evolutions
- Drive cultural adoption of experimental technologies across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle experience)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or neurotech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley R&D and venture capital ecosystems
