Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ market potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop 3-5 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to generate future-focused product concepts
- Conduct competitive intelligence and technology landscape assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage technology partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Monitor regulatory trends impacting future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and driving adoption
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with technology lifecycle management and M&A due diligence
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, CPSM)
