Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Identify emerging tech trends (quantum, AGI, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish KPIs for future tech adoption and ROI measurement
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with quarterly ROI reviews
- Partner with academic institutions for R&D collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or climate tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
