As a key member of our executive innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop long-term technology adoption strategies, evaluate emerging market disruptors, and lead cross-functional initiatives that will redefine industry standards by 2026. You'll have the autonomy to shape our technology portfolio and drive investments in breakthrough innovations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Manage innovation portfolio and technology adoption KPIs
- Drive cultural transformation to foster innovation mindset across organization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and scaling
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/Blockchain)
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate tech innovation to ROI
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in emerging technology (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
