- Manage cross-functional R&D sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps
