Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunities for 3 product lines
- Chair quarterly innovation forums with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Present strategic technology briefings to the board of directors
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership in high-growth sectors
- Proven track record of launching products based on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE) or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
