Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercial viability (quantum, bio-integrated systems, neural interfaces)
- Develop strategic adoption roadmaps aligning emerging tech with business objectives and market readiness
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs bridging R&D, product, and customer experience teams
- Build and nurture ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology impact assessments to executive leadership and investment committees
- Define ethical frameworks and governance protocols for next-gen technology deployment
- Drive competitive intelligence analysis on global tech disruption trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization and innovation pipeline development
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience building strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital
