Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across quantum, AI, synthetic biology, and clean tech domains
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem including startups, research institutions, and venture partners
- Author thought leadership positioning InnovateNext as the 2026 technology authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, futures research methodologies, and technology adoption curves
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience building innovation ecosystems and strategic partnerships
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory frameworks
