Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across business units
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive innovation workshops to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting future tech landscapes
- Build and maintain a comprehensive technology ecosystem database
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology analysis and forecasting
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology ROI assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO)
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
