Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for futuristic technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investors quarterly
- Manage $500K+ annual innovation portfolio for pilot programs
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS or hardware products to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with 80%+ execution success rate
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
