Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap by identifying disruptive trends in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in Web4.0 and decentralized systems
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate R&D pipelines
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and measure ROI against innovation benchmarks
- mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide culture of technological curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough products with >$100M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent innovation strategy credential
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
