Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-generation solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for ethical, security, and adoption challenges
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership initiatives
- Create competitive intelligence frameworks for emerging tech markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
