Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, and decentralized autonomous systems
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals and global market trends
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich on next-gen tech incubation programs
- Architect ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and neural augmentation
- Secure $50M+ annual innovation budgets through strategic stakeholder presentations
- Launch industry-defining products at CES 2026 and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years in applied research
- Proven track record developing commercialized future-tech products (AI/quantum/bio)
- Deep expertise in ISO 20700 innovation management frameworks and TRIZ methodology
- Published research in Nature or Science with 50+ citations in emerging tech fields
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit)
- Experience securing government grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital for futuristic projects
- Professional certification in Ethical AI Governance (EAG) and Quantum Computing Architecture
