Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning AI, IoT, and decentralized systems
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking for future-tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in corporate venture capital or tech incubation
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
