- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, or decentralized systems
- Published industry white papers or patents in forward-looking tech domains
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Experience with venture capital due diligence processes
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes
