Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, next-gen AI) into product pipelines
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position us ahead of tech adoption curves
- Develop ROI models and risk assessments for experimental technology investments
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching tech-driven products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or generative AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing $1M+ technology innovation budgets
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing from IBM) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
