Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (2026-2030) with market impact assessments
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise operations and product development
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and commercialization teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D with 5+ at executive level
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Deep understanding of technology convergence patterns and their business implications
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech with industry recognition
