Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with company vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to prototype
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for future tech applications
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Monitor global tech policy implications and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience building and managing innovation ecosystems
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy
