- Establish KPIs and metrics to track the commercial viability of emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members

- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future technology projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing and executing future technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
