- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging tech with business objectives and market opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to prioritize R&D investments and innovation initiatives
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation portfolios
- Present strategic briefings to investors, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-proofing product development
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive technology impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, Web3)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
