Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, etc.) for commercial viability
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven prioritization
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
- Experience securing government grants for R&D projects
