As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley disruptors, and Fortune 500 partners to pioneer breakthroughs in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and autonomous systems. You'll shape our 2026 technology portfolio while mentoring the next generation of innovators.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 15+ cross-functional teams
- Lead market analysis of emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and top VCs
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Build and maintain relationships with 20+ key technology pioneers and research institutions
- Oversee patent development for 2026-era innovations (target: 50+ patents filed)
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology implementations
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Bioengineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE Spectrum) or equivalent
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital for frontier technologies
