- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 3 global R&D centers
- Present breakthrough concepts at TED and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation
- Proven track record scaling SaaS products to $100M+ ARR
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder management
- Active contributor to IEEE 2026 Technology Standards Committee
