Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Drive internal culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, Web3, advanced robotics)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology transformations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation management
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Technology Roadmapping)
- Excellent presentation skills with executive experience
