Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budgets
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich research labs
- Build and lead a team of 15+ futurists and technologists
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at director level
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Deep familiarity with global tech policy landscapes
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
