You'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and sustainability architects to build solutions that balance technological advancement with human-centric impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, climate tech, or decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
