Responsibilities
- Architect technology roadmaps for 2026+ product launches
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Lead 10+ person innovation teams across R&D and product divisions
- Develop IP strategies with 95+ patent filings per year
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients on futuristic tech implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, AGI)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized AI products
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's tech ecosystem
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
